Our Online Store Return Policy is the same as it is in our shop!
Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days for store credit only.
STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE ONLY.
WE DO NOT OFFER CASH OR CREDIT REFUNDS.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We hope to offer return labels one day as we grow in the future!

Your item must be unworn with tags attached and in the same condition it was purchased in to be eligible for a return. Please email us to begin your return: info@shoppalmandsagecom. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will send you a digital gift card to use on our website or your next time visiting us in store.

All accessories, bodysuits, and sale items are final sale!
